Our promise to you
Every Curated Crate is packed with care. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
14-day return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns requested after this window.
Original packaging required
All original packaging must be intact and sealed. Items returned with opened, damaged, or tampered packaging are not eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds or store credit
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit is also available if preferred.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or partially used boxes
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized party boxes
- Digital products or gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If your box arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
